  Every text, call, and scrap of paper gets ONE decision
  the first time you pick it up. Pick one, then move on:

  ▸ DO IT    — under 2 minutes? Knock it out now. It's gone.
  ▸ MOVE IT  — someone else's? Hand it off with ONE name on it
               + what you need back + by when. Off your plate.
  ▸ DATE IT  — yours, real work? A day AND a time. Not "this week."

  NO fourth door. "Think about it later" = picking it up again
  = dreading it twice for nothing. Torn? Lean to DO IT.
