BEFORE A CALL STICKS  (the weekly meeting, or a sit-down you call)

  1. Everybody's call DOWN first — paper, or thumbs on 3.   (you go last)
  2. Quiet / newest man talks FIRST.   Loud + veterans LAST.
  3. One man argues AGAINST it.   (rotate — never the same guy)
  4. Go around: each man names one thing that could go wrong.
  5. THEN you decide.   Not a vote — but the flaws are on the table.
