THE WEATHER CALL — two hours, three messages, and the rain-day list

Both hours are the same every day, good weather or bad. The
night-before call rides with the night-before message, or right
behind it — one story about tomorrow, not three.

THE THREE MESSAGES — send one, word for word

ROLLING
  "ROLLING at [address]. Night-before message stands. Full day.
   Today: [tear-off / dry-in / finish-out]. Tell me the second
   it turns."

HALF DAY
  "HALF DAY at [address]. Night-before message stands. Open
   only what you can dry in and cover by [time]. Nothing
   opened after that. Detail, finish-out and cleanup the
   rest of the day."

NO-GO
  Move the job on the board first - new day, code it WX. Then:
  "NO-GO at [address] today. Do not drive out. Rain-day work:
   [what], [where], [time]. We look at [address] again [day]."

BEFORE ANY TRUCK LEAVES A ROOF — the foreman walks it
  [ ] Dried in: underlayment down flat, laps right, nothing loose
  [ ] Every open edge and valley sealed or held down
  [ ] Pipes, vents, skylights and the chimney covered
  [ ] Tarps tight and weighted, water has somewhere to run
  [ ] Loose bundles, tear-off and tools off the roof
  [ ] Photos of all of it in the job file
