WHY IT'S NOT STICKING — before you say it again

The correction: ________________________________________

1. IS IT CLEAR?      Could somebody film the exact thing I'm asking for?
      "Be careful" -> no.   "Magnet the whole yard before you pull out" -> yes.
      Not filmable -> rewrite it into one move you could point a phone at.

2. CAN HE DO IT?     Does he have the skill, the tool, the time?
      No -> training gap or tool gap, not attitude. Hand him the missing piece.

3. DOES HE WANT TO?  Clear + he can, still not happening -> it's motivation.
      Find what moves HIM — money, respect, Fridays home, the go-to man —
      and line the ask up with that, not with what moves you.

Then: say your real intent out loud ("this isn't about your job").
      And catch him doing it right for a few days — zero corrections.
